On Friday, March the 5th, the chair continued its cooperation with the partner from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava via an Online-Meeting. The groups in Bratislava and Bochum presented recent results in model predictive control within the cooperation program “Embedded Optimal Control” funded by the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation. The presentations resulted in interesting discussions and ideas for further collaborations.
Congratulations to Kamil Kwoska and Raphael Dyrska for their contributions regarding model predictive control being accepted at the European Control Conference 2021. Both will present their results at the virtual conference in summer.
Applied Energy accepted an article that summarizes the implementation of a predictive controller for a residential building energy management system. Congratulations to Yannik Löhr and his coauthors!
